July is upon us and that means all kinds of events. Two big ones are the 4th of July and our American Legion Department Convention. The 4th of July is the time to celebrate our independence! It is time to remember the sacrifices made that have made our freedoms possible. Enjoy the festivities, the barbeques, the fireworks, and the family time but also take the time to thank a veteran and also a veterans family. A veterans family serves right alongside that veteran and their sacrifice earns a thank you as well.

While waiting in line to get your hotdog, or sitting around the fire, watching your kids sit in amazement watching the fireworks, or just relaxing don't forget to join us for this months raffle. Grab your phone and join us take a chance to be our jackpot winner!!

American Legion Department Convention has roughly 500 veterans and veterans supporters attend Department Convention and it is a wonderful time of learning, comradery, and our transition of officers. Its always a great time to be had by everyone that comes. Instead of a early bird we are going to have a Convention Bird Drawing the winner will be drawn at convention!!
