Game 2 Raffle

Proceeds from this raffle will directly benefit Marcus Smart's YounGameChanger Foundation, The MW Fund and the Heather Walker Glioblastoma Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

The Mission of Marcus Smart's YounGameChanger Foundation is to serve as a source of guidance, motivation, encouragement and empowerment for inner-city student-athletes to be GameChangers on and off the court or field. To create opportunities through education, sports and mentorships with a special emphasis on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) experiences. To provide inspiration and life-changing experiences to pediatric cancer patients and their families.

The Mission of the MW Fund is to provide financial assistance for specialized spinal cord injury (SCI) rehabilitation not covered by insurance and to further support research initiatives developed for SCI recovery. President Matt Wetherbee, who suffered a severe spinal cord injury while playing basketball, created this fund to offset the financial burden for those who need this specialized rehabilitation but cannot afford it.

In memory of Heather Walker, former Vice President of Public Relations at Boston Celtics who sadly lost her battle with glioblastoma, money raised will go continue the momentum in supporting the Heather Walker Glioblastoma Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This fund has created massive and much needed awareness for this orphan form of cancer.
